ALERT: Holiday/High Volume -- Standard Shipping is 2-3 Business Days

 

In stock items usually ship within 1-2 business days.

We ship most orders via the USPS. If you would like to arrange a different manner of shipping, please contact us at the studio directly.

Shipping charges are based on the weight of your order, delivery method (where applicable) and the delivery location.

WoolyLady Closeouts Ships Within the US, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to Canada. This makes 51 Shipping Zones total and growing, please contact us to add your Nation to our Zones.

Our shipping costs are transparent, and we offer competitive rates to enhance your shopping experience. WoolyLady Closeouts ships larger items in standard brown cardboard shipping boxes and foil bubble mailers (for patterns) to keep your prices low.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your WoolyLady Closeouts purchases. WoolyLady products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for exchange, merchandise credit or refund. Merchandise must be in original sales condition with kits unopened and fabric uncut. Please call or email us to complete a Return Merchandise Authorization. Due to US Postal Service Security Changes effective January 2023, no returns can be accepted without an RMA Number.

We do not accept returns on:

  • Wearable Merchandise

  • Cut Yardage

  • Opened Toolkits or other Packaged Notions (restocking fee applies)

  • Books and Patterns

 

Under US and International Copyright Law, we are unable to accept the return of patterns or books (with the exception of a kit being returned and including a pattern).

 

Please include your name, address, email address and phone number with all returns or exchanges and mail your return to: WoolyLady, P.O. Box 760, Fruita, CO 81521.
